Fizzy Soda Ice Popsicles – Fun Summer Kids’ Treat
Assortment of fresh or frozen berries or chopped fruit
To make these tangy ice popsicles, pour soda into your ice pop molds, leaving about 2 inches of room at the top. Drop in chopped strawberries or mango, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries. If you muddle the berries a bit, they will give your homemade soda popsicles a colored tint. Top off any extra room in your popsicle molds with more soda, insert the sticks, and allow your fizzy soda ice pops to freeze overnight. These fizzy soda ice popsicles are sweet and fun to discover the hidden berries, gummy bears and fruit treats inside!

Both my girls love special treats that I make just for them. Easy kids’ snack ideas make the day a lot more fun and keep the kitchen less messy if I don’t have to manage a big project every time I want to do something creative with my kids. My 4 year old wants to be involved in everything I do and I love including her and teaching her new skills like baking muffins, crafting, and creative thinking. How do you entertain your kids throughout the day? Some of our favorite activities include making homemade play dough, playing with sensory boxes, and making easy kids’ paper crafts. My preschool daughter loves making and creating simple kids’ coloring crafts like these paper character puppets.
I hope you enjoy making our yummy soda ice pops, a perfect fizzy treat for a hot summer day!
