10 Minute Cheesy Bread

10 Minute Cheesy Bread

Mmmm, this homemade cheesy bread is super easy and finger-licking delicious! It’s sure to be a hit with your kids and even your hubby, and makes a great side for any Italian meal or just an afternoon snack.

All you need to make homemade cheesy bread is pizza dough and cheese. I alternate between making my own simple pizza dough and buying dough balls from the store. Either way is great! If I do make my own, I’ll make a huge batch and freeze it into balls to use all month long! Maybe I’ll post my favorite pizza dough recipe in the future, but there are lots of good recipesĀ online too.

Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and place it onto a cookie sheet. Brush the length and width of dough with melted butter and sprinkle on grated cheese. I used grated medium cheddar and Havarti cheese, which turned out to be a yummy combination! Bake your cheesy bread in the oven at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Check it and leave it in a few minutes more if it doesn’t seem crispy enough.

Cut it into squares and dip your cheesy bread in ranch, Franks RedHot sauce, or enjoy it on its own.
