Little Kingdom playsets feature favorite Disney princesses re-imagined in these adorable themed collections! We had the opportunity to review Elsa's Arendelle Treat Shoppe and Belle's Enchanted Dining Room Set, each complete with accessories, snap-in accents, and customizable dolls. The detailing on these Disney princess sets is beautiful with so many colors and textures.
Elsa's Arendelle Treat Shoppe comes with a cute shoppe, 3 inch Elsa doll, snowball and a snowflake "snap-ins" and double-stacked ice balls with 4 ice cream cones. I was delighted to find that each item is great quality, even the bendable accessories and detailing. The roof of the shoppe has so many details alone; a peaked gable, flower-accented windows, shingles, and even a glittery plume of smoke! Olaf waves from the front door.
Elsa's outfit completely comes apart, which my 3-year-old daughter wasted no time in discovering. The skirt comes off as well as the skirt overlay, and the cape unsnaps from around Elsa's shoulders. The small pieces are intuitive enough for even a preschooler to assemble. The snap-ins have little sticks that go into holes in Elsa's skirt and hair, allowing for mixing and matching. My daughter went so far as to disassemble Elsa's head from her body (I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up being an engineer) but I told her that removing Elsa's head was not part of the intended play.

The shoppe itself has a snowball "maker" that can be loaded from the top. A little tab on the side is pulled to "dispense" the ice balls onto the counter below. My daughter thought it was fun to have a mechanical function built into the shoppe so she could pretend to make ice cream. At age 3, she is very into play acting compete with walking her dolls around and mimicking their voices as they talk to each other. I'm sure some of her other Disney Princess dolls will pay a visit to Elsa's Treat Shoppe.
Belle's Little Kingdom Dining Room set is equally as fun, with rosebud and glittery transparent detailing. Shaped as the teapot "Mrs. Potts", the dining room set has a pink and gold cushioned chair and white and purple rose-embellished dining room table. The set also comes with a 3 inch Belle doll, Chip the teacup, and Lumiere the candelabra. I also love the dealing on this set, inspiring girly imaginative play!

Any girl who loves tiny pieces and toys will love the Belle Little Kingdom playset. The dining room table is accessorized with a little pie, goblet, and tiny dessert cup. The glittery curtains frame the room and a golden chandelier provides luxurious lighting. My daughter is delighted to have some tiny characters to play with that she recognizes from the movie. She carefully keeps all the pieces together so they won't get lost. I've been amazed at how capable my 3-year-old has been at keeping her detailed playsets together in one piece.
Belle's outfit also comes apart, allowing little girls to dress their doll. The skirt slips on, topped by a wrap around skirt overlay. The sleeves of the dress attach to Belle's heart-shaped cutout in her chest, keeping them in place. A teacup and rose snap-ins accent her dress and hair by attaching to the tiny holes interchangeably. Little Kingdom dolls with snap-in accents are a really fun toy for girls who like to dress up and customize their dolls.
Disney Little Kingdom dolls and playsets come in a variety of themed styles to coordinate with your favorite Disney Princess stories! I was amazed to see how many sets are available, allowing girls to collect these fun, high-quality toys over time. Other Little Kingdom sets that caught my eye include Cinderella's Carriage and Ariel's Sea Castle. These playsets allow kids to bring their favorite stories to life, imagine themselves in the story, and overall have fun with imaginative play!
