For our review, we receive the "Discovery Set", which is a smaller package, and great for starting out. It includes 3 videos (volume 1) and the cute Little Pim plush toy. You can also purchase the videos, flashcards, and music CD separately if you prefer.
Each DVD will teach your child 60 words and phrases. Little Pim Language Learning videos are thematic and only include things that kids would do or see in their everyday life. The videos in volume 1 are the themes "Let’s Eat", "Get Up and Go", and "Let’s Play". In the "Get Up and Go" video, kids will learn phrases having to do with waking, sleeping, and getting ready for the day. Part of the video teaches new vocabulary words, and then the next part of the video teaches phrases that use these vocabulary words. You can even track your child’s learning with their free iTunes APP "PimTrack".
