If your kids have ever watched the Disney show Sofia the First, you probably know all about Princess Sofia, Princess Amber and Prince James. My 4-year-old requested Sofia the First Goldenberry Pancakes, which Princess Sofia makes to celebrate her adopted twin siblings Amber and James’ birthday. Of course to properly enjoy Goldenberry Pancakes, she had to dress up as Princess Sofia and make her own magical amulet.
