My December Ecocentric Mom Box was the perfect pick-me-up during the post-holiday season crash! This month my box contained some great products to pamper and help me feel refreshed and ready for a new year. Products in the December box included a bamboo charcoal facial sponge, an organic essential oil blend, organic coconut chips and more!
Bamboo Charcoal Facial Sponge from My Konjac Sponge
This was probably my favorite item in the December box. This detoxifying facial sponge is made from 100% pure Konjac plant root and Bamboo Charcoal and contains activated carbon and other minerals that work together to absorb toxins and gently exfoliate the skin. I've added this sponge to my daily facial routine and love how soft and clean it makes my face feel. My Konjac Sponge takes pride in making high quality products and I am very pleased with the quality of this facial sponge. I would definitely purchase this product in the future.
Yogini Bliss Organic Essential Oil Blend by Neelu Kaur
This delightfully bright blend of organic essential oils was crafted by Neelu Kaur to evoke a "euphoric feeling" and lift the spirit. Neelu Kaur uses high quality Ayurvedic; organic essential oils to create scents that are personal, organic and therapeutic. This cheerful blend is packaged in a roller bottle for easy application and is a lovely pick-me-up during the cold winter months.
Body Oil by HelloMellow
HelloMellow uses only all natural ingredients in their line of bath and body products. I receive a bottle of their "Uplift" Body Oil which has a citrus and vanilla scent to it that is bright and pleasant. It's made with sesame and olive oils as well as avocado and mango butters so it is incredibly nourishing. Use it as a massage or bath oil to soothe and heal body and mind.
Organic Lip Balm from The Laughing Tree
The Laughing Tree Organics company is dedicated to creating products that are good for you and the world you live in. Their products are made from pure, natural ingredients and as a company they adhere to a sustainable eco-model. I was sent a tube of their Perfect Pear lip balm, and while I didn't prefer the specific scent I was very pleased with the quality of the lip balm. The lip balm contains organic coconut and sunflower oil, beeswax, vitamin E, calendula and other essential oils so it's very soothing to parched lips!
Organic Coconut Chips from Coconut Organics
As the name would suggest, Coconut Organics (aka The Coconut Company) is all about coconuts. All their products are derived from organic coconuts. I really enjoyed the Toasted, Unsweetened Organic Coconut Chips. Their crunchiness and hint of natural sweetness make these the perfect option for a healthy, satisfying snack. They would also be great as a topper for ice cream or addition to trail mix, granola, etc.
Smarty Pants Adult and Kids Vitamins
I received samples of both the Adult Complete + Fiber vitamins and the Kids Complete multivitamins, both of which contain fish oil. Smarty Pants Vitamins are non-GMO and contain no artificial additives. I loved the taste of each set of vitamins; this would definitely be a more pleasant way for moms and kids alike to get their daily vitamins rather than having to swallow nasty large pills! Smarty Pants vitamins are third-party tested and use organic ingredients.
Overall I really enjoyed all the products in my December Ecocentric Mom Box.
