Prep time: 2-5 minutes
Homemade Oatmeal with Raisins
Sliced Bananas with Peanut Butter
Make this healthy breakfast in minutes! Just follow the instructions on your container of oats to make healthy oatmeal and top it with raisins and a pinch of brown sugar (optional). Spread several banana slices (cut lengthwise) with peanut butter for a protein-potassium-packed treat, and wash it down with Vitamin C-rich orange juice, either freshly squeezed or store bought.
Yum! Even your little ones will want a bite of this! (My two-year-old usually eats half of mine, so I've learned to make extra!)
