How to Make Healthy Prenatal Juice

How to Make Healthy Prenatal Juice

Pregnancy can be an intense stage of a woman’s life with lots of care required at each stage. A woman can feel nutritionally depleted during pregnancy but it’s nothing that vitamins and some extra nutrients can’t fix! Here are some easy prenatal juices you can mix up to boost your body during pregnancy.

Blackberry Cucumber Kale Prenatal Juice

1/2 cup blackberries
Several kale leaves, de-veined
1/2 cucumber, peeled
Ice

Blackberries and kale have lots of natural antioxidants. Combine these ingredients in a blender and thoroughly blend to make your own refreshing prenatal juice that will boost your energy and support baby’s development. If you don’t like all the seeds you can strain this to create a thinner juice. We used our Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Compact System to make these healthy juices, one of our favorite kitchen essentials! Our Nutri Ninja blender easily turns any combination of fruits and veggies into silky smooth juices and smoothies.

Mango Lime Prenatal Juice

1/2 mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup cubed honeydew melon
1/2 lime, peeled (or you can just squeeze in the lime juice)
Ice

Want a delicious beverage that is refreshing, healthy and tropical? Combine these fresh ingredients until smooth in the blender and enjoy! Honeydew melon is high in Potassium and Vitamin C and supports the immune system.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup orange juice
Ice

Combine ingredients in the blender until smooth. More ice will make a slushy-like beverage, while less ice will produce a more liquid smoothie.
